What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies (localStorage, scripts and content loaded from other companies) can read or save information on your device or send a company your IP address and details about your browser.
When we ask for your consent
Strictly necessary technologies work without consent because they are essential for the service you asked for (see also art. 116(5)–(6) of Moldovan Law no. 72/2025 on electronic communications). Everything else is enabled only after you consent in the cookie banner, separately for each category (Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection, arts. 6 and 7; Law no. 284/2004 on information society services, art. 10(2)(f)–(h)). Until then, external content (for example maps or video) is replaced by a message from which you can load it once or allow it from now on. You can reject all optional technologies; the site works without them.

Consent register
So that we can prove you consented (art. 7(1) of Law no. 195/2024), every choice is recorded: a random record identifier and the choice identifier (also kept in the acord cookie), date and time, the type of action (accept, reject, custom choice, withdrawal) and where it was made (banner or settings), the choice per category and service, the Global Privacy Control signal, the configuration version, the language, the browser family and version, and a value derived from the IP address (the address is first truncated, then irreversibly transformed with a secret key; the full IP address is not stored). Records are kept for at most 3 years and are hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure.
How to change or withdraw your consent
Use the "Cookie settings" button or link on the site. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect processing carried out before. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Law no. 195/2024. We reply within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) of the Republic of Moldova.
