2. What data we process and why
2.1. Visiting the site
When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) receives technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use it to serve and protect the site (legal basis: our legitimate interest). Technical logs are kept for the periods the provider sets for security.
The site's images are delivered through TwicPics, which receives your IP address and browser details to send an image that fits your screen (legal basis: our legitimate interest). TwicPics sets no cookies.
2.2. Visit statistics (only with your consent)
If you accept the "Statistics" category in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used (legal basis: your consent). User-level Google Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months. Details about cookies and their duration are in the Cookie policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in "Cookie settings".
2.3. When you write to us

|---|---|
| Purpose | to reply and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or a contract |
| Legal basis | steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence |

2.4. Jobs
If you send a CV to jobs@yoda.digital, we use it only for recruitment (legal basis: steps before entering into an employment contract). If we do not hire you, we keep your CV for at most 6 months after the process ends and then delete it, unless you agree that we keep it for future openings.
2.5. Our clients' data
When we build or run websites and services for clients, we process the data of those sites' visitors on our clients' behalf, as a processor. For that data, our clients' own policies and our contracts with them apply.

4. How we protect data
Only team members who need them can access correspondence and CVs. If a security incident may affect personal data, we notify the National Center for Personal Data Protection without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it; if the risk to you is high, we also inform you.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before.
Send requests to hello@yoda.digital. They are free of charge; we may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month; for complex requests this can be extended by two more months, and we will tell you so within the first month. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) of the Republic of Moldova or go to court.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data.
